have a couple of conversations- sms, msn chat, phone chat wif shandy these few days.. n our conversations's abt our nooch manager.. haiz, tokin out her make me blood boils n make me feel lyk pukin.. shandy's complainin 2 me tt there's a time where ellen let her out at 5.28pm bt ellen oni giv her d pay until 5pm.. i tink it's really v unfair.. if she doesnt giv her d 30 min pay, y cant she give her d 15min pay.. i really hav 2 disagree w/ ellen's way of "rulin" tis restuarant.. reasons r below...
-she loves 2 cut cost, even at d busiest time she'll send u hm or especially when there r quite little customers..
-she loves 2 make u wk extra lyk 4e.g tt day on sat she send me hm at 5.26 bt d 26min's nt counted.. so she get free labour n she's d 1 hu profits n we cant do anyting abt it, all we cn do is complain w/in ourselves n nuttin else.. i guess no1 dares 2 speak up 2 her or we cant b bothered 2 tok 2 her at all.. she's oways do tis everytime 2 all d part-time staffs, makin d staffs leave 10min n above d time dey r supposed 2 wk until..
-nowadays she kept givin d newbies more days 2 wk den d regular staff.. on sat she giv me d days which i cant n she asked me when i cn wk so i told her sun full n i purposely cancel wkin at shibuya tt day.. n in d end she nv even put me name in it lyk i'm nt a staff down there.. i'm so boil up tt i told shandy i nxt week oso nt wkin, c hw she's goin 2 perish w/ those newbie hu dun even koe d basic hw 2 carry an overtray..
-she loves givin us d time n day which we didnt even tel her we wana wk on tt day bcos she's short-handed.. n it's so unfair 2 us cos if we cn make it, we hav 2 find replacement ourselves..
-she's F brainless(din mean 2 sae tis bt i cant take it anymore!!) as in d schedule part, rather giv d schedule 2 d newbies when d newbies doesnt koe hw 2 bill, serve guests, carry overtray, d table no.. blah blah blah.. n d 1 hu's teachin dem's uncle raymond.. everytime i c, it's either raymond or guanli hu hav 2 do everything themselves.. even back at wheelock when i first came in, guanli n raymond r d 1s hu taught me these n tt, aft tt it's d rest of d part-timers hu taught me d rest of d stuff.. i koe ellen wans them 2 watch n learn themselves bt i dun tink it's rite n unfair 2 them as they r still new 2 d restuarant n stil copin w/ d "seniors" ard them..
-she give d schedules more 2 d newbies bcos d newbies r stil new n dey stil duno hw it's lyk 2 wk in a new environment.. when they hav wk there long enuf, they'll koe hw 2 zhao fan(tok back in their thoughts) n wad's rite n wrong 4 dem n wont b lyk gd little gals n boys.. so i tink tt's y she rather giv d newbies wk rather d regular especially durin d buriest time of d week such as fri, sat n sun.. haiz even d big guy wei lern oso complain when he oways wk full durin sun bt nw he wk until 3pm.. wei lern leh! wkin until oni 3pm!?! i tink tt's ridiculous!!!

WE R NT BULLSHITTIN WHEN WE SAID WE LUV WKIN AT NOOCH!! it's oways bcos of ellen n her "unique" way of "trainin" us tt we really dun lyk wkin down there.. if she leaves nooch 4eva, i confirm+guarantee u tt a lotsa d ex-nooch staffs will b grate 2 b back n we'll b more den delight 2 wk more.. bt 4 nw, we jus hav 2 bear w/ it.. anyway i dun tink i will b wkin at nooch so soon cos i hurt my left back hip so nid time 2 recover n bcos ellen nv put me schedule in.. so jus too bad.. sry 2 disappoint any of u n miss d days wkin w/ u.. 4 d time bein i'll stil b wkin at shibuya.. so cya..
